Dr. Gemma Oluchi Henry-Ibeh

Director of Medical Services

Dr. Gemma Oluchi Henry-Ibeh serves as the Director of Medical Services for HELPER., providing professional oversight and strategic direction for the organization’s healthcare and medical outreach programs.
A licensed Optometrist and Chief Medical Director of Onyx Eye Care Foundation, she brings extensive clinical experience and leadership in community-based healthcare delivery.
She coordinates medical missions, health screenings, preventive care initiatives, and referral programs, ensuring that all interventions are ethically grounded, professionally executed, and impact-driven. Under her leadership, HELPER.’s healthcare programs are structured to deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable community health improvements.
Dr. Henry-Ibeh’s commitment to accessible, quality healthcare strengthens the organization’s mission to preserve life, empower communities, and provide relief to vulnerable populations.

WOMEN AND GIRL CHILD HEALTH AND
PROTECTION

We support, and advocate for the health, dignity, and well being of women and the girl child through education, preventive care programs, access to basic health services, and community outreach initiatives.
1. MENSTRUAL HYGIENE EDUCATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF SANITARY PADS
This program provides menstrual hygiene education and distributes sanitary pads to girls and women in rural Nigeria and underserved African communities. We aim to promote dignity, improve health, reduce school absenteeism, and empower girls with the knowledge and resources needed to manage their menstrual health safely and confidently.
2. MATERNAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH OUTREACH
Our outreach program educates girls and women on menstrual and reproductive health, including hygiene practices, body awareness, and disease prevention. Through community workshops and awareness campaigns, we help break stigma, promote informed health choices, and improve overall wellbeing.
3. GIRL CHILD PROTECTION AND HEALTH EDUCATION
This initiative focuses on protecting the rights, health, and future of the girl child through education, advocacy, and community engagement. We provide guidance on personal health, safety, and empowerment, helping girls build confidence, stay in school, and grow into healthy, independent individuals.

Mrs. Theresa Ifeoma Hanson-Agumbah leads HELPER's efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of women and girls. She oversees programs in menstrual hygiene education, maternal health outreach, and girl child protection, ensuring that communities have access to vital resources, knowledge, and support. Through her leadership, HELPER delivers sustainable, impactful initiatives that empower women and girls, promote dignity, and foster healthier, stronger communities.

Access to safe and clean water is essential for health, education, and community development. At HELPER, we address water scarcity by sinking boreholes and installing water points in underserved communities, ensuring families have reliable access to potable water.

Mr. Jude Ifeanyi Abiamiri
Director of Water and Environmental Services

Mr. Jude Ifeanyi Abiamiri serves as the Director of Water and Environmental Services for HELPER., providing technical leadership and strategic oversight for the organization’s clean water and environmental sustainability initiatives.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Technology in Geology, bringing strong scientific knowledge and field expertise to community-based water resource development. His work focuses on improving access to safe, reliable water for underserved communities through the sinking of boreholes and the installation of sustainable water points.
In his role, Mr. Abiamiri oversees project planning, site assessment, implementation, and quality assurance to ensure that all water interventions are durable, environmentally responsible, and aligned with community needs. He also leads HELPER’s environmental preservation and advocacy efforts, promoting responsible resource management and sustainable environmental practices.
Through his technical expertise and commitment to community development, Mr. Abiamiri strengthens HELPER’s mission to preserve life, empower communities, and build resilient environments for future generations

Skills acquisition & IT training

At HELPER, we believe empowerment begins with opportunity. Through our Skills Acquisition and IT training program, we equip individuals, especially youth and women with practical skills and digital literacy to build sustainable livelihoods and thrive in the modern economy.

Mr. Frank Obinna E. Oliver

Vice President & Head of Information Technology

Mr. Frank Obinna E. Oliver serves as the Vice President of the Human and Environmental Life Preservation and Empowerment and Relief Organization (HELPER), where he provides strategic leadership and oversees the organization’s Information Technology Department.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and brings strong technical expertise, innovation, and digital strategy to the organization. With a passion for technology-driven empowerment, Mr. Oliver leads HELPER’s IT initiatives, ensuring that technology remains a powerful tool for education, capacity building, and sustainable development.
As Head of Information Technology, he supervises the design and implementation of IT training programs aimed at empowering vulnerable individuals with practical digital skills. His leadership ensures that beneficiaries gain access to modern tools, computer literacy, and opportunities that improve employability and entrepreneurship.
Mr. Oliver is committed to leveraging technology to bridge the digital divide, particularly in underserved communities. Through his oversight, HELPER continues to expand its impact in digital empowerment, innovation, and community transformation.
His dedication, professionalism, and forward-thinking approach contribute significantly to HELPER’s mission of promoting human development, environmental sustainability, empowerment, and relief support
